探讨自拟桂枝厚朴汤用于胆道手术后消化不良治疗中的临床效果

摘要

目的探讨自拟桂枝厚朴汤用于胆道手术后消化不良治疗中的效果。方法选取2010年10月～2015年10月行胆道手术后并发消化不良患者62例，分为两组，对照组行常规西医治疗，实验组用自拟桂枝厚朴汤治疗，分析两组治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率、平均住院天数与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论自拟桂枝厚朴汤用于胆道手术后消化不良治疗中的临床效果较好。%Objective To study from cassia twig ifll thick soup for a effect in the treatment of indigestion after biliary tract surgery. Methods 62 patients with concurrent indigestion after biliary tract surgery were chosen from October 2010 to October 2015, divided into two groups, control group routine western medicine treatment, the experimental group was treated with fill from cassia twig thick soup, analysis of two groups of therapeutic effect. Results The total effective rate, average hospitalization days compared with control group (P<0.05). Conclusion From cassia twig ifll thick soup for indigestion after biliary tract surgery treatment of clinical effect is remarkable.
