探讨自拟解郁通络汤用于64例脑卒中后抑郁患者治疗中的临床效果

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of patients with depression after stroke with jieyu tongluo decoction treatment. Methods Selected 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups for the control group(n=30),experimental group(n=34)in the two groups, control group was given fluoxetine hydrochloride capsule in the treatment,the experimental group underwent the self-made traditional chinese medicine decoction treatment,the clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The MSSS,HAMD and BI index scores of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Jieyu tongluo decoction in treatment of post stroke depression curative effect.%目的：探讨给予脑卒中后抑郁患者自拟解郁通络汤治疗的临床效果。方法抽取64例患者随机分为对照组（n=30）、试验组（n=34）两组，对照组口服盐酸氟西汀胶囊治疗，试验组行自拟中药汤剂治疗，观察对比两组疗效。结果试验组的 MSSS、HAMD、BI 指数评分均较对照组理想（P ＜0.05）。结论自拟解郁通络汤在脑卒中后抑郁治疗中疗效确切。
