护士的临床实习阶段是通过理论指导实践和实践检验所学知识的重要阶段，也是护理教育的关键环节。探索培养护理实习生临床护理能力方法，总结护理经验，有利于提高护理实习生的综合素质。做好不同实习阶段的护理教育工作和护理学生实践指导，将有助于实习学生能力的锻炼和培养，同时使带教工作能合理利用和安排时间，教学相辅，事半功倍。文章通过对我科几届护理实习生进行规范化的培训、并对专科知识和综合素质的培养体系进行总结，分析护理实习生在临床实践过程中如何才能更好的培养临床护理能力。%Clinical practice nurses is an important stage by theory to guide practice tests and practice what they have learned, it is also a key part of nursing education. Explore the training of nursing interns clinical nursing capacity method, summarize nursing experience, will help improve the overall quality of care interns.
