钢板内固定治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折的效果

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of plate internal fixation in the treatment of calcaneal comminuted fracture. Methods 60 cases of comminuted calcaneal fractures were divided into two groups, the control group used traditional methods, observation group used the plate internal ifxation treatment, compared the effect of two groups. Results The excellent and good rate, postoperative complications in observation group were signiifcantly better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of plate internal ifxation in the treatment of calcaneal comminuted fracture is ideal.%目的：探讨钢板内固定治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法随机将60例跟骨粉碎性骨折患者平均分为两组，对照组行传统方法治疗，观察组行钢板内固定治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组优良率、并发症发生率均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论钢板内固定治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折疗效理想。
