固定矫正器自锁托槽治疗错牙合畸形对牙周健康的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of fixed appliance on self ligating malocclusion deformity patients teeth week health effects.Methods A total of malocclusion deformity patients 60 cases, according to the fixed orthodontic brackets were divided into two groups,each group had 30 cases. the observation group treated with self ligating bracket orthodontic treatment, the control group treated with traditional ligation brackets. The periodontal health follow-up of two groups of patients with the treatment of the patients with or after the treatment was recorded.Results Two groups of patients after treatment, PLI, SBI, GI score were more than before treatment, but the change in the observation group were lower than the control group,P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance. Conclusion Fixed orthodontic device self ligating appliance system than the traditional metal bracket is more conducive to oral hygiene maintenance, to obtain a satisfactory prognosis, so as to guarantee the life quality of the patients.%目的 探讨固定矫正器自锁托槽对错牙合畸形患者牙周健康的影响.方法 选取错牙合畸形患者60例,根据固定矫正器托槽种类不同分为两组,各30例.观察组给予自锁托槽矫治器治疗;对照组给予传统结扎式托槽治疗.记录两组错牙合畸形患者治疗前后牙周健康随访情况.结果 两组患者治疗后GI、PLI、SBI评分均较治疗前有所变化,但观察组变化幅度低于对照组,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 固定矫正器自锁托槽矫治系统比传统金属托槽更有利于维护口腔卫生,获得满意预后,保障生活质量.
