转运核查单在危重患者院内转运中的运用

摘要

目的 探索转运核查单(Transport Chick List,TCL)在危重患者转运中的作用.方法 回顾性分析2015年1月～2015年10月我院综合ICU收治的418例危重患者转运中TCL的运用.结果 共发生3例不良事件,TCL被修改.结论 TCL可降低转运风险,但要对其临床应用进行连续、动态地观察和持续质量改进.%Objective To explore the role of transport chick list in intra hospital transfer of critically ill patients.Methods A retrospective analyzed use of the TCL during IHT of 418 cases of critically ill patients in general ICU from January 2015 to October 2015 in our hospital. Results A total of 3 cases of adverse events occurred, and the TCL was modified.Conclusion The TCL can overcome of IHT related risks, but continuous, dynamic observation and continuous quality improvement of the clinical use of TCL is also put forward and justified.
