利用CEREC椅旁CAD/CAM系统制作的玻璃陶瓷嵌体、全冠的临床效果

摘要

目的：观察瓷睿刻（CEREC）椅旁CAD/CAM系统制作玻璃陶瓷嵌体及全冠的临床效果。方法挑选在我院口腔科收治的牙体缺损患者64例，均采用德国瓷睿刻全瓷牙齿美容系统椅旁CAD/CAM系统制作相应的玻璃陶瓷嵌体及全冠进行修复，观察修复效果。结果64例患者均修复顺利，紧密贴合，具有良好的咬合关系，在观察期间，没有患者出现嵌体或者全冠断裂，患者对牙体修复的满意度为100%。结论瓷睿刻（CEREC）椅旁CAD/CAM系统制作玻璃陶瓷嵌体及全冠具有显著的临床效果。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of the system in the CAD/CAM system of the porcelain core (CEREC).Methods 64 cases of patients with tooth defect were selected in our hospital department of Stomatology. All of the glass ceramic inlay and the whole crown were repaired by the German porcelain core. The CAD/CAM system was used to observe the repair effect.Results All the 64 patients were repaired successfully, the close fitting, with a good occlusion relationship, in the observation period, no patients appeared in the inlay or the whole crown fracture, the patient's satisfaction with tooth restoration was 100%. ConclusionClinical effect of CAD/CAM system of the CEREC system in the ceramic core is signiifcant.
