研究觉醒型缺血性卒中患者应用多模式CT指导下静脉溶栓治疗的疗效价值

摘要

目的：研究觉醒型缺血性卒中患者应用多模式CT指导下静脉溶栓治疗的疗效。方法选取我院2013年6月～2015年6月收治的觉醒型缺血性卒中患者100例为研究对象，将其随机分为2组，即观察组与对照组。观察组患者给予应用多模式CT指导下静脉溶栓治疗，对照组仅给予多模式CT筛查，未行溶栓。对比两组疗效。结果观察组的疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=18.6756，P＜0.05）。结论觉醒型缺血性卒中患者应用多模式CT指导下静脉溶栓治疗的疗效显著。%Objective To study the therapeutic effect of intravenous thrombolytic therapy with multiple mode CT in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods 100 patients with ischemic stroke in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into 2 groups, the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with multi mode CT, and the control group was treated with multi mode CT screening. ResultsThe curative effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference is statistically signiifcant (χ²=18.675 6,P<0.05).Conclusion The awakening has signiifcant effect of intravenous thrombolytic therapy in ischemic stroke patients using multi-mode CT guidance, and is worthy of popularization.
