基于案例的角色互换教学法在本科中医脑病学临床教学中的应用

         

摘要

The encephalopathy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is an important part of the internal medicine of TCM in the students of higher colleges and universities of TCM. There are some reasons, for example, the old-fashioned teaching content, the outdated teaching mode and the single teaching goal, which make students recite the textbooks simply and study unskillfully. So the cases-based teaching method by role exchange can give full play to the initiative of the students and achieve better teaching effect. By collecting the satisfaction survey of the students showed that more than 92% of the students is satisifed to this kind of teaching quality and teaching effect. Therefore, the case-based teaching method by role exchange is worth popularization and application in other subjects.%中医脑病学是中医高等医学院校学生学习中医内科学的一个重要部分。但由于中医内科教学内容陈旧、教学模式落后、教学目标单一等原因,学生只会简单背诵,而不会在临床中应用灵活运用。因此基于临床案例,采用角色互换的教学法,充分发挥学生的能动性,以便达到更好的教学效果。通过向学生进行满意度问卷调查,统计结果显示:对本学科教学效果及质量感到满意学生超过92%,因此,基于案例角色互换的教学法值得在其他学科中进行推广应用。
