目的：研究分析小儿病毒性心肌炎使用三参五味饮治疗的临床效果。方法根据2013年1月～2014年12月我院的90例病毒性心肌炎患者来进行研究分析，将这些患者分组为对照组和治疗组，均有45例。对照组患者采取西医治疗，治疗组采取西医治疗和选三参五味饮口服治疗，对照组和治疗组均采取7天1疗程治疗方案，持续治疗两个疗程。结果治疗组共有21例患者治愈，13例显效，9例有效，2例无效，临床有效率是95.56%；对照组8例痊愈、12例显效、15例有效、10例无效，临床有效率是77.78%，两组结果存在统计学差异性（P＜0.05），治疗组效果更加优秀。结论小儿病毒性心肌炎采取三参五味饮治疗具有非常好的效果。%Objective To study the clinical effect of Sanshen Wuwei drink in children with viral myocarditis. Methods According to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014, 90 cases of viral myocarditis were analyzed, and the patients were grouped into control group and treatment group, 45 cases. The control group were treated with western medicine, the treatment group was treated with western medicine treatment and Sanshen Wuwei drink with oral treatment, the control group and the treatment group were treated with 7 days one course of treatment, two courses of treatment. Results There were 21 cases cured, 13 cases markedly effective, 9 cases effective, 2 cases ineffective, clinical effective rate was 95.56%, control group 8 cases were cured, 12 cases markedly effective, 15 cases effective, 10 cases ineffective, the clinical efifcacy was two, the 77.78% groups were statistically significant difference (P<0.05), the effect of the treatment group is more outstanding.Conclusion The effect of patients with viral myocarditis treated with Sanshen Wuwei drink is ifne.
