22例肺心病合并冠心病临床诊断研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the characteristics of coronary heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease in elderly patients. Methods22 cases of pulmonary heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease were collected from 2010 to 2012.ResultsIn this study, 22 of the 11 patients were significantly improved (50%), 8 cases improved (36.4%), 3 patients died of multiple organ failure (13.6%).Conclusion The disease has no typical symptoms in clinic, and the diagnosis process is complicated, and it must be integrated with the relevant data such as medical history, ECG and so on to improve the diagnostic accuracy.%目的：针对老年患者中常见的肺心病并发冠心病特点进行较深入地探讨。方法收集2010～2012年经临床确诊肺心病合并冠心病的22例患者的有关资料，并结合患者的病史、心电等有关数据进行研究分析。结果本研究中收集的22例患者中有11例症状体征显著好转（占50%），有8例患者好转（占36.4%），3例患者因多脏器功能衰竭死亡（占13.6%）。结论该疾病在临床中不具有典型症状，诊断过程繁琐，一定要与病史、心电等有关数据进行综合分析才能提高诊断的准确性。
