目的：探讨延续护理对喉癌患者术后生存质量及负性心理状态的影响。方法随机选取我院2012年4月～2015年4月收治的80例喉癌患者，依据治疗方法将这些患者分为两组，即研究组和对照组。给予对照组患者常规护理，给予研究组患者常规护理联合延续护理，然后对两组患者的术后生存质量及负性心理状态进行统计分析。结果研究组患者的躯体功能、认知功能、角色功能、社会功能、情绪功能评分及总评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05），焦虑、恐惧、悲观比例均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论延续护理能够有效改善喉癌患者术后生存质量及负性心理状态。%Objective To investigate the influence of extended care in postoperative quality of life and negative psychological state of patients with laryngeal cancer. Methods 80 cases of laryngeal cancer patients who were treated in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were randomly selected, they were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods, namely the study group and control group. The control group were given routine care, while the study group were given usual care union extended care, then the postoperative quality of life and negative psychological state of the two groups were statistically analyzed.ResultsThe physical function, cognitive function, role function, social function, emotional function scores and total scores of the study group were signiifcantly higher (P<0.05), the proportion of anxiety, fear, pessimism was signiifcantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Extended care can improve the postoperative quality of life and negative mental state of patients with laryngeal cancer.
