巨大脑膜瘤临床手术策略探讨

摘要

Objective To explore the huge intracranial meningioma related preoperative preparation, intraoperative operating points in order to improve the effect of tumor surgery.MethodsAnalyzed of huge meningioma, 65 cases of clinical data, imaging, the necessary conclusion intraoperative major operating skills.Results65 patients according to the grade of meningioma resection Simpson, 58 cases, total excision of the tumor resection in 7 cases, intraoperative brain swelling in 2 cases, no deaths. Conclusion Detailed imaging examination before operation, Necessary preoperative cerebral angiography for tumor vascular embolization, patience in the operation of micromanipulation technique is the key to successful operation.%目的：探讨颅内巨大脑膜瘤相关术前准备，术中操作要点以期提高肿瘤的手术效果。方法总结分析巨大脑膜瘤65例临床资料，必要影像检查，总结术中主要操作技巧。结果65例患者根据脑膜瘤切除Simpson分级，肿瘤全切除58例，部分切除7例，术中出现脑肿胀2例，无死亡病例。结论手术前详尽的影像学检查，必要时术前脑血管造影供瘤血管栓塞治疗，手术中耐心的显微操作技巧是手术成功的关键。
