Objective Through wechat public platform to carry out surgery clinical teaching, and in the process of interaction to achieve the goal of improving surgery clinical teaching ultimately. Methods Met-hods grade 2013, three-year clinical medicine classes of Luohe medical college were randomly selected to divided into subscription group and non-subscription group according to whether subsc-ribe surgery wechat public platform. This platform is used to edit the knowledge points of surgery into a material for mobile learning and push to the student. The evaluation was conducted in the end of the semester. Results In comparison of the surgery ifnal exam scores, there were significant differences (P<0.05) between subscription group and non-subscription group in excellent rate, pass rate and average grade. Conclusion Application of surgery wechat public platform for teaching can improve the level of clinical teaching effectively.%目的:利用微信公众平台开展外科学临床教学,通过互动,最终达到提高临床外科学教学的目的。方法随机选取漯河医学高等专科学校2013级三年制临床医学专业班级,根据是否订阅外科学微信公众平台分为订阅组与未订阅组,利用平台将外科学知识要点编辑成适合移动学习的材料推送给学生,期末进行考核。结果外科学期末考试比较:优秀率、及格率、平均分成绩考核情况订阅组与未订阅组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用外科学微信公众平台进行教学,有效的提高了临床教学效果。
