基层医院多部门协作管理多重耐药菌感染的实践体会

摘要

Objective Through multi-sectoral collaboration management of multiple drug-resistant bacteria, avoid the nosocomial transmission of multi-resistant bacteria effectively.Methods Set up a joint management of multi-resistant bacteria group, set up system, employee training, process improvement, to strengthen supervision, collaborative management, summarized the feedback.Results Within two years, 119 cases of multi-resistant bacteria, 119 cases of supervision measures to carry out thetimely rate of 99%, 98% medical personnel related knowledge awareness, awareness 94% cleaner related knowledge, no happens hospital infection outbreak.Conclusion Multisectoral coordination management, multi-resistant bacteria would manage multi-resistant bacteria on a new step, avoid the nosocomial transmission of multi-resistant bacteria effectively.%目的 通过多部门协作做好多重耐药菌的管理,有效避免多重耐药菌的院内传播.方法 成立多重耐药菌联合管理小组,建立制度,进行全员培训、改造流程、加强督查、协同管理、总结反馈.结果 实施两年内,检出多重耐药菌119例,督查119例,措施落实及时率99%,医务人员相关知识知晓率98%,保洁员相关知识知晓率94%,未发生医院感染爆发.结论 多部门协作管理多重耐药菌,将多重耐药菌管理上了一个新的台阶,有效地避免多重耐药菌的医院内传播.
