多部门协作模式在外来医疗器械管理中的应用

摘要

：Objective To investigate the application value of multi-sector collaboration in management of loaner instruments. Methods 〓A total of 1 314 cases loaner instruments were accepted for cleaning and disinfection in Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD)between July and December 2017. The problems in management of loaner instruments were analyzed and a multi-sector collaboration was adopted in management of loaner instruments. The management quality of loaner instruments was evaluated before and after implementation of multi-sector collaboration. Results 〓The implementation of multi-sector collaboration lead to a remarkable decrease in defect rate of instrument hand-over(19.94% vs. 2.94%, P0.01), and increases in qualification rate of instrument delivery( 68.95% vs. 89.96%, P0.01), cleaning(85.08% vs. 97.82%, P0.01 )and of instruments washing after surgery(40.87% vs. 93.84%, P0.01). Conclusion 〓The multi-sector collaboration is potentially effective to improve the quality and safety in management of loaner instruments.
