增强自我效能的健康教育对提高糖尿病患者健康水平和生活质量的作用

         

摘要

Objective To evaluate the impact of health education to improve life quality. Methods 80 cases with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group underwent routine health education measures, observation group underwent health education to enhance self-efficacy, the two groups were observed after clinical results. Results DSES rates had significant differences between two groups after six months, and the differences of the indicators were statistically (P<0.05) in the first week. Conclusion Enhanced health education help a patient self-efficacy initiative to improve life quality.%目的:探讨增强自我效能的健康教育对提高糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院80例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各40例,对照组行常规健康教育措施,观察组再给予增强自我效能的健康教育,观察两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果6个月后观察组与对照组 DSES 评分存在明显差异,且观察组与对照组入院后第1周躯体功能、情绪功能、总体生活质量等各项指标差异具有统计学(P<0.05)。结论增强自我效能的健康教育能发挥患者主观能动性,提升患者的生活质量。
