塞克硝唑、地塞米松口腔缓释药膜的制备与临床应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of secnidazole, dexamethasone sustained release membrane in treatment of oral ulcer, periodontitis. Methods Study on secnidazole, dexamethasone sustained release membrane preparation technology and quality control method. The effect of oral inflammation was investigated by metronidazole oral paste tablets as the control. Results Oral ulcers, periodontitis and pericoronitis efficiency is 90.28%, 95.16%, 95%, respectively, and control group, curative effect was signiifcant difference in the treatment of the membrane. Conclusion This membrane for oral inlfammation has good curative effect.%目的：探讨塞克硝唑、地塞米松缓释药膜治疗口腔溃疡、牙周炎、冠周炎的临床疗效。方法研究塞克硝唑、地塞米松缓释药膜的制备工艺及质量控制方法。以甲硝唑口腔粘贴片为对照，考察治疗口腔炎症的疗效。结果本药膜处方合理、质量可控，治疗口腔溃疡、牙周炎、冠周炎的有效率分别为90.28%、95.16%、95%，与对照组疗效差异显著。结论本药膜治疗口腔炎症疗效较好。
