The present invention relates to a once-daily complex orally fast disintegrating tablet comprising a rapid-release dexamethasone and sustained-release ondansetron, and a method for manufacturing the same. In the present invention, provided is a single-layered complex fast disintegrating table that can be taken orally once a day, containing rapid-release dexamethasone and sustained-release ondansetron. A complex fast disintegrating tablet manufactured by the method of the present invention improves a content uniformity of dexamethasone, alleviates a bitterness shielding effect of dexamethasone, and thus improves sustained-release properties of ondansetron. Especially, when manufacturing the complex, by mixing and tableting excipients, a drug dissolution rate of each agent is maintained, and thus the complex is disintegrated within 1 minute so that nausea and vomiting caused by side effects when treating various diseases such as surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy and the like are alleviated, and also it is possible to improve patient compliance.
