循证护理在胃肠外科管道护理中的应用评价

摘要

目的：探讨循证护理在胃肠外科管道护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2012年4月～2014年6月收治的46例胃肠外科患者作为研究对象，并随机分为对照组和实验组，对照组进行常规护理，实验组进行循证护理，比较实验组和对照组的护理效果。结果实验组进行循证护理的护理疗效比对照组常规护理的疗效更加显著，P＜0.05，差异不具有统计学意义。结论胃肠外科实行循证护理有利于改善患者的临床症状，有效稳定情绪。%Objective Discussion and study effect of evidence-based nursing care in gastrointestinal surgery in the pipeline, and for reference. Methods Selected 46 cases of gastrointestinal surgical April 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital as the object, were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, the control group of patients for routine care, evidence-based experimental group patients care, the experimental group and the control group of patients patient care results. Results The efficacy of the experimental group patients the efficacy of evidence-based nursing care than usual care control group of patients was more significant, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Gastrointestinal surgery would help to improve the implementation of evidence-based nursing clinical symptoms, effectively stabilize the patient'smood.
