辛开苦降法治疗慢性胃炎的Meta分析

摘要

Objective To study the randomly test clinical treatment effect of the patients with chronic gastritis who were treated with the traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods Through a comprehensive search of online databases, from screened 14 papers met the standard of January 2011 to December 2014 published literature, used the Jadad quality score, the used of meta analyzed method to carry on the correlation data statistics. Results The study included 14 randomized trials, a total of 1 099 patients, of which 560 cases were treated with bitter treatment, 539 cases in western medicine control group. Conclusion After Meta analysis prove acrid opening and bitter drop method in treatment of chronic gastritis has very important clinical actual effect, can express disease patient number of helicobacter pylori in vivo.%目的：研究治疗慢性胃炎患者使用中药辛开苦降法方法的随机试验临床治疗效果。方法通过全面检索网上数据库，从中筛选出符合研究标准的2011年1月～2014年12月发表的文献资料14篇，采用Jadad法进行质量评分，运用Meta分析方法进行相关数据的统计。结果本次研究中包含14个随机试验，总共1099例患者，其中辛开苦降治疗组560例，西药对照组539例。结论经过Meta分析证明辛开苦降法在治疗慢性胃炎上有效果，能够降低患者体内的幽门螺旋杆菌数量。
