胃超声造影技术在胃癌诊断中的应用价值

摘要

Objective To explore diagnostic value of ultrasound imaging technology in the diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods Selected from August 2013 to March 2013 hospitalized patients, 78 cases of gastric ultrasound imaging and at the same time gastroscopy, and postoperative pathological examination conifrmed as the clinical diagnosis of the object of study, for patients with gastric cancer were retrospectively analyzed results all the patients with gastric ultrasound imaging technology, and compared with gastroscopy result analysis, to all of the patients postoperative disease inspection results two diagnosis methods as reference standards. Results Gastroscopy diagnosis coincidence rate was 91.02%, the stomach contrast-enhanced ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 89.74%, two diagnosis coincidence rate comparing χ2=0.243 0, P=0.622 1, P>0.05, there was no statistically significant difference. Conclusion Gastric ultrasound imaging technology in the diagnosis of gastric cancer coincidence rate with gastroscopy were higher, can promote gastric cancer clinical diagnostic rate and provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer, patients with weak and special disease patients can't tolerate part gastroscopy, and gastric ultrasound imaging technology application is wider.%目的：探讨超声造影技术在胃癌诊断中的诊断价值。方法选取我院2013年8月～2015年3月就诊的78例同时行胃超声造影及胃镜检查，且术后病理检查证实为胃癌患者作为本次临床诊断研究对象，回顾性分析所有患者胃超声造影技术结果，并与胃镜检查结果进行对比分析，以所有患者术后病检结果作为两种诊断方法的参考标准。结果胃镜检查诊断符合率为91.02%，胃超声造影诊断符合率为89.74%，两种诊断方案符合率对比，χ2=0.2430，P=0.6221，P＞0.05，差异无统计学意义。结论胃超声造影技术诊断胃癌符合率与胃镜检查均较高，可提升胃癌临床诊断率，为临床诊断胃癌提供可靠依据，部分老弱患者及特殊疾病患者不能耐受胃镜检查，因而胃超声造影技术应用范围更广。
