美辛唑酮红古豆醇酯栓配合骶麻下内口切开挂线治疗复杂肛瘘的临床效果研究

摘要

Objective To explore the symplectic sanzuotong ancient red bean ester under bolt with sacral anesthesia cut inside the mouth hanging line clinical curative effect for the treatment of complex anal fistula. Methods 48 cases of complex anal fistula patients randomly divided into two groups all the 24 cases in January 2013~January 2014 in our hospital, observation group based on the add a meixinzuotong honggudongchunzhi suppositories treated with bolt. Results Observation group of patients for pain score (2.11±0.48) points, wound healing time for d (9.63±2.75), were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Meixinzuotong Honggudongchunzhi Suppositories joint under the sacral anesthesia in mouth hanging line treatment of complex anal fistula incision, can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with quality.%目的：探讨美辛唑酮红古豆醇酯栓配合骶麻下内口切开挂线治疗复杂肛瘘的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月～2014年1月我院收治的48例复杂肛瘘患者，随机分为两组各24例，对照组采取骶麻下内口切开挂线手术治疗，观察组在此基础上加用美辛唑酮红古豆酯栓治疗。结果观察组患者的疼痛感评分为（2.11±0.48）分，创面愈合时间为（9.63±2.75）d，均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论美辛唑酮红古豆醇酯栓联合骶麻下内口切开挂线治疗复杂肛瘘，能有效改善患者的预后质量。
