目的：观察普外科护理过程中整体护理的应用价值。方法选取我院2014年1月～2015年1月普外科收治的42例患者作为研究对象，将其分为观察组和对照组，各21例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上加以整体护理，根据结果回顾分析两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的护理有效率高于对照组，且并发症的发生率低于对照组，患者满意度上观察组也高于对照组，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论从提高护理效果、降低并发症、提升患者满意度这几方面，在普外科护理中整体护理具有应用价值，能提升服务质量，改善护患关系。%Objective To observe the value of the whole process of general surgical nursing care. Methods Selected 42 cases from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital general surgery, divided into the control group and the control group, each group had 21 cases, the control group took routine care, the observation group in routine care based on the overall care, according to the results of retrospective analysis of two groups of patient care results. Results Nursing observation group was higher efficiency, and the incidence of complications was lower than the control group, the patients' satisfaction in the observation group was higher, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The effect in improving care, reduce complications, improve patient satisfaction in these areas, the overall care in general surgery care have a very high value, can improve service quality and the nurse-patient relationship.
