Objective To explore the effect of strengthening nursing intervention after cesarean section abdominal incision delayed in puerperal. Methods Selected 170 cases with maternal cesarean section maternal for abdominal incision delayed puerperal in our hospital, according to the admission number, divided into the observation group and the control group andomly, each group had 85 cases. The control group was given routine nursing care, the observation group in the control group routine above, combined with intensive nursing intervention measures, compared the nursing effect on two groups. Results Compared the control group and the observation group situation, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifance. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of cesarean section incision delayed healing property, use the strengthen the nursing intervention measures can improve the maternal effect.%目的：探讨强化护理干预在剖宫产术后腹部切口愈合延迟产妇中的作用。方法选取我院进行剖宫产术后腹部切口愈合延迟产妇共170例，将产妇按照入院编号，随机分为观察组和对照组，各85例，对照组给予产妇常规护理方法；观察组在对照组常规的基础之上，再联合采用强化护理干预措施，比较两组产妇的护理效果。结果对照组与观察组相比各项情况，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论临床上在治疗剖宫产术后腹部切口愈合延迟产时，可以采用强化护理干预措施，能有效改善产妇产后效果。
