微创血肿淬吸术与开颅血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床观察

摘要

Objective Compare the effect on minimally invasive hematoma quenching aspiration and craniotomy evacuation of hematoma in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 74 patients were divided into A, B groups, respectively for minimally invasive hematoma quenching aspiration and craniotomy. Results In group A, the excellent and good rate was higher than the group B, NIHSSS score, incidence rate of complications was lower than the B group, P<0.05,had difference statistically sigiifcnance. Conclusion Minimally invasive hematoma quenching aspiration in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is more signiifcant.%目的：对比微创血肿淬吸术与开颅血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血效果。方法74例患者分为A、B两组，分别行微创血肿淬吸术与开颅血肿清除术治疗。结果A组优良率高于B组，NIHSSS评分、并发症发生率较B组低，P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论微创血肿淬吸术治疗高血压脑出血更为显著。
