超声刀辅助低位小切口甲状腺手术的疗效分析

摘要

Objective To explore the curative effect and clinical analysis of ultrasonic scalpel assisted small incision thyroid operation. Methods Selected 120 cases with thyroid in our hospital as the research object, divided into experimental group and control group randomly, each group of 60 cases. The control group with thyroid operation of the traditional mode of operation, the observation group with ultrasound assisted small incision thyroid. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group in the operation time, operation incision length, operation bleeding volume control technology and other than the traditional method of surgical operation has more advantages, P<0.05,had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion The operation effect of the ultrasound knife assisted small incision thyroid is good, has the positive to cure thyroid disease.%目的：探讨超声刀辅助低位小切口甲状腺手术的疗效及临床分析。方法选择我院的120例甲状腺患者作为研究对象，随机分成实验组和与对照组，每组60例。对照组患者用传统的外科手术方法进行甲状腺手术，观察组采用超声刀辅助低位小切口甲状腺的手术方式。结果与对照组相比，实验组患者的手术时间、手术切口长度、手术出血量等技术控制均比传统的外科手术方法更具优势，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论采用超声刀辅助低位小切口甲状腺的手术效果良好，对治愈甲状腺疾病具有积极的意义。
