Objective To explore the vascular distribution of color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors, research more accurate diagnostic criteria and methods. Methods Selected 80 cases with breast tumor in our hospital, the observation group has 32 cases were diagnosed with malignant breast tumor;48 cases in the control group were diagnosed with breast benign tumor. Compared two groups breast tumor blood vessels distribution and morphologic features of the breast tumor. Results The observation group was higher than the control group, arterial resistance index was lower than the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion The tumor of benign and malignant breast color doppler ultrasound diagnosis, can clearly show the blood lfow velocity, blood lfow detection of blood vessels, and relfect the difference of vascular distribution of breast benign tumor and breast cancer clearly.%目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声在诊断乳腺良、恶性肿物中血管分布的情况，寻找更为准确的诊断标准与方法。方法选取我院就诊的80例乳腺肿物患者，其中观察组32例，已确诊为乳腺恶性肿物；对照组48例，已确诊为乳腺良性肿物。比较两组患者乳腺肿物内血管分布的情况以及乳腺肿物形态的差异。结果观察组患者均高于对照组患者，动脉阻力指数低于对照组患者，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论乳腺良、恶性肿物行彩色多普勒超声诊断，能够清晰显示出血管血流的分布、检测血管的血流流速，且能够明确反映出乳腺良性肿瘤与乳腺恶性肿瘤的血管分布形态的差异。
