氨溴索联合振动排痰机治疗呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)行氨溴索与振动排痰机联合治疗的效果.方法 回顾性分析2012年12月~2014年12月本院收治的90例VAP患者的临床资料,按数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例.对照组行氨溴索治疗,观察组行氨溴索与振动排痰机联合治疗,观察两组疗效.结果 治疗后,观察组的APACHEⅡ评分比对照组低,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 VAP患者行氨溴索与振动排痰机联合治疗的效果显著.%Objective Analysis of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) line effect ambroxol and vibration expectoration machine combination therapy.
