介入治疗股骨头缺血坏死的临床价值评价

摘要

目的 对介入治疗股骨头缺血坏死患者的临床价值进行评价.方法 选取我院2012年9月~2013年9月收治的24例股骨头缺血坏死患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行介入治疗.结果 所有患者均顺利治疗,无一例患者发生不良反应,疼痛缓解率达到100%;且患者的髋关节功能均恢复到正常状态.结论 治疗股骨头缺血坏死患者应用介入治疗,能够取得显著疗效.%Objective To the clinical value of interventional therapy in the treatment of femoral avascular necrosis of femoral head were evaluated. Methods 24 cases of avascular necrosis of the femoral head of patients in our hospital in September 2012 ~ September 2013 as the research object, all patients were treated with interventional therapy. Results All patients were successfully treated, no cases of adverse reactions in patients, pain relief rate of 100%, and the hip joint function recovered to the normal state. Conclusion The treatment of ischemic necrosis of femoral head treated with interventional therapy, can achieve a significant effect.
