目的 分析老年患者胆囊炎胆石症急性发作的特征、治疗方法、术后处理等.方法 回顾性分析我院自2014年6月~2015年2月收治的老年胆囊炎胆石症急性发作75例,所有患者均实施手术治疗.结果通过及时、有效的治疗,75例患者中,痊愈41例,有效16例,好转15例,死亡3例,治疗总有效率为96%.结论 临床采用手术方法治疗老年人胆囊炎胆石症急性发作,术后并发症较少,有效降低了手术死亡率,治疗效果显著.%Objective To analyze the characteristics of elderly patients with acute attack of chronic cholecystitis, cholelithiasis treatment, postoperative treatment etc. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2014 June to 2015 February were acute onset of senile cholecystitis and cholelithiasis in 75 cases, all patients were carried out operation treatment. Results The timely and effective treatment, 75 cases of patients, 41 cases were cured, effective in 16 cases, 15 cases were improved, 3 cases died, the total effective rate was 96%. Conclusion The clinical use of surgical treatment of cholecystitis and cholelithiasis in the aged patients with acuteonset, less postoperative complications, reduce the mortality rate, the treatment effect is significant.
