经阴道彩色多普勒对早期子宫内膜癌的诊断

摘要

目的：研究分析经阴道彩色多普勒在诊断早期子宫内膜癌上的临床价值。方法将2012～2013年在我院接受经阴道彩色多普勒检查的49例患者作为研究对象，将经阴道彩色多普勒的检查结果与刮宫病理检查的结果进行对比分析。结果在诊断子宫内膜病变方面，经阴道彩色多普勒的检查结果符合率高达95.92%，在子宫内膜癌的诊断上，其符合率则高达97.96%。结论应用经阴道彩色多普勒诊断早期子宫内膜癌，其诊断准确较高。%Objective To study the clinical value of transvaginal color doppler in the diagnosis of early endometrial carcinoma.Methods 49 patients received transvaginal color doppler examination was selected to study from 2012 to 2013 in our hospital, the results were analyzed by transvaginal color doppler ifndings and curettage pathological examination. ResultsIn terms of diagnosis of endometrial lesions by transvaginal color doppler ifndings in line with rates as high as 95.92%, in the diagnosis ofendometrial cancer, the compliance rate is as high as 97.96%.Conclusion Application of transvaginal color doppler diagnosis of early stage endometrial cancer, its high diagnostic accuracy.
