浅谈某医院高危药品管理的实践与体会

摘要

目的：探讨医院高危药品管理对策，提高药物安全管理能力。方法在某医院开展高危药品管理的实践活动。结果经过采取有效的管理对策，大大降低了高危药品使用风险。结论高危药品管理过程中存在诸多风险因素，各级医院对高危药品要提高警惕，并实施针对性措施，把潜在的高危药品风险苗头扼杀在萌芽中，确保患者安全用药。%Objective To explore the hospital high-risk drug management measures, to improve drug safety management ability.Methods The practice of carrying out high-risk drug management in a hospital.Results After take effective management measures, reduce the risk of the high-risk drug use.Conclusion High-risk drug management, there are many risk factors in the process of hospitals at all levels to remain vigilant high-risk drug, and implementation of speciifc measures, the potential risk of high-risk drug must kill in the bud, ensure patient safety and medical treatment.
