风险管理在血液透析护理管理中的应用分析

摘要

Objective To analysis the risk management in the management of hemodialysis nursing application effect.Methods 74 patients with hemodialysis will pick as the research object, are grouped in a random way. Respectively on two groups of routine nursing intervention (control group, a total of 37 cases) and risk management (the experimental group, a total of 37 cases). Compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients.Results The adverse events in patients with hemodialysis relatively less than control, its compliance with satisfaction than the control group,P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management in the hemodialysis nursing management have important applied value, can reduce adverse events, is worth popularizing to use.%目的：分析风险管理在血液透析护理管理中的应用效果。方法择取74例血液透析患者作为研究对象，以随机的方式进行分组。分别对两组进行常规的护理干预（对照组，共有37例）以及进行风险管理（实验组，共有37例）。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组血液透析患者其不良事件发生情况较对照组少，其依从性与满意度较对照组好，P＜0.05。结论风险管理在血液透析护理管理中有重要的应用价值，可以降低不良事件发生情况。
