风险管理在高龄髋部骨折护理中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的：研究高龄髋部骨折患者护理中风险管理内容的应用效果观察。方法选取我院在2012年4～12月所接受治疗的72例高龄髋部骨折患者，随机分为两组，观察组与对照组患者各为36例。其中对照组患者采用比较常规的护理模式，观察组患者在采用常规护理模式的基础上继续进行风险管理。结果两组患者在住院时间上相比，观察组比对照组短，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义；在并发症的出现率上相比，对照组的并发症率高于观察组，差异具有统计学意义；观察组的有效率与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义。结论中医康复护理对胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的治疗效果较好，缩减患者的治疗周期，对临床治疗具有重要意义。%Objective To observe the effect of hip fracture in the elderly patients in nursing risk management.MethodsA total of 72 cases of elderly hip in our hospital from 2012 April to December fracture patients, randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group of patients with 36 cases in each. The control group was treated with routine nursing mode, the observation group patients continue. Results Compared two groups of patients in hospitalization time, observation group was shorter than the control group, the differences were statistically, complication rate was signiifcantly higher than that of control group and the observation group.ConclusionTCM rehabilitation care better treatment effect in patients with fractures of thoracolumbar compression, reduce the treatment cycle, plays an important role in medical treatment.
