浅谈临床医学上脑外科的护理性安全问题

摘要

Objective Analyzes the nursing safety problem of department of cerebral surgery in clinical medicine. Methods From clinical medicine, around the risk identification, control, summarize the experience of risk management. Results The clinical nursing risk in the department of cerebral surgery mainly comes from the pathological changes, the potential pathological damage and the complications of the disease. Conclusion The risk group should be identified, the access system of nursing technology is implemented, and the level of emergency nursing is improved.%目的：分析临床医学上脑外科的护理性安全问题。方法从临床医学着手，围绕风险识别、控制，总结风险管理经验。结果脑外科临床护理风险主要来源于患者病理变化性、潜在的病理损害、疾病并发症。结论应善用量表识别风险人群，落实护理技术准入制度，提高应急护理水平。
