目的：观察牙本质肩领对纤维桩修复残根残冠的临床效果。方法应用石英纤维桩选取60例患者分为两组，共82颗患牙，比较修复成功率。结果通过24个月观察分析，石英纤维桩总体成功率为92.6%，牙本质肩领为1 mm的成功率（82.3%）低于牙本质肩领为2 mm及以上的成功率（96%）。结论石英纤维桩系统修复前牙残根残冠具有良好的效果，牙本质肩领的高度对于石英纤维桩系统临床成功率发挥重要作用。%Objective To observe the clinical effect on ferrule of repair residual root and crown prostheses. Methods Selected 60 with the application of quartz fiber post, common 82 teeth, divided into two groups to repair success rate and compared. Results Through 24 months observation analysis, the overall success rate was 92.6%, the ferrule for 1 mm group success rate was (82.3%) lower than ferrule for more than 2 mm and group success rate was (96%). Conclusion Quartz ifber systems had good repair effect to repair anterior residual root and crown prostheses, the height of the ferrule for quartz ifber systems play an important role in clinical success rate.
