白芍总苷胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗斑块型银屑病的疗效观察

摘要

Objective The effect and prognosis of narrow-band ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) combine with total glucosides of paeony on plaque psoriasis. Methods Selected 76 cases with plaque psoriasis in our hospital, divided into observation group with 25 cases, control group A with 26 cases and control group B with 25 cases randomly. Obverstation group was treated with total glucosides of paeony combined with radiation of NB-UVB, control group A treated with radiation of NB-UVB only , control group B treated with glucosides of paeony only. Contrast analyzed the clinical efficiency and prognosis with three groups. Results Observation group PASI scores lower than the control groups after treatment, P<0.01, had difference statistical signiifcance. Observation group cure rate was higher than control group A and B, P<0.05, had difference statistical signiifcance. Conclusion NB-UVB combined with total glucosides of paeony is a safe and effective method to treatment with plaque psoriasis, has slingt side reaction and high application value.%目的：探讨采用白芍总苷胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗斑块型银屑病的疗效及预后，完善临床应用。方法选取于我院就诊的76例斑块型银屑病患者，按随机化原则分为观察组25例、对照组A 26例、对照组B 25例。观察组患者采用白芍总苷胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗，对照组A患者采用单纯NB-UVB照射治疗，对照组B患者采用单纯白芍总苷胶囊治疗。对三组患者的治疗效果和预后情况进行对比分析。结果观察组患者治疗后PASI评分低于两对照组，P＜0.01，差异具有统计学意义；观察组治疗后总有效率高于两对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论采用白芍总苷胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗斑块型银屑病疗效确切，副反应轻微，治疗上安全、有效，应用价值高。
