METHOD FOR DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF PLAQUE PSORIASIS WITH OTHER CHRONIC SKIN DISEASES

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology, and can be used for differential diagnosis of plaque psoriasis with other chronic skin diseases. Method involves immunohistochemical examination of a biopsy material of an involved skin area by determining expression of IL-36γ in the epidermis by means of a light microscope. When determining expression of IL-36γ in form of specific dyeing ≥ 4 rows of epidermis cells diagnose plaque psoriasis, when staining 2 to 3 rows – diagnosed is doubtful, and when painting ≤ 1 row – the diagnosis of psoriasis is excluded.;EFFECT: using the given method enables diagnosing plaque psoriasis by determining IL-36γ expression in skin biopsy materials.;1 cl, 1 tbl, 2 ex
