目的：探究肝脓肿患者采用腹腔镜手术的治疗方法和效果。方法选取2013年3月～2014年10月收治的67例肝脓肿患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组36例患者选择腹腔镜的手术治疗，对照组31例患者给予常规的手术治疗，观察患者的手术和身体恢复情况。结果实验组患者的手术、拔管和住院时间都短于对照组，并发症的发生率小于对照组，P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论肝脓肿患者选择腹腔镜手术的治疗，治愈率高，手术迅速，安全性高，能够使身体得到良好恢复。%Objective To explore the treatment method and effect on patients with hepatapostema treatment of laparoscopic operation. Methods Selected 67 cases with hepatapostema from March 2013 to October 2014 treatment, randomly allocation, the experimental group of 36 patients treated by laparoscopic surgery, 31 cases in the control group were treated with routine surgical treatment, observed surgery and physical recovery of patients. Results The experimental group of surgery, extubation and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group, the incidence of complications was less than the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Patients with hepatapostema treat by laparoscopic operation, the cure rate is high, fast operation, high safety, can get good recovery of body.
