活血通脉汤治疗糖尿病足临床观察

ObjectiveClinical effect of Huoxue Tongmai decoction in treatment of diabetic foot is to be studied.MethodsChoose 48 patients with diabetic foot who are treated in hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 and separate them into two groups at random; patients in control group are given Xuefu Zhuyu oral medication treatment; while patients in study group are given Huoxue Tongmai decoction treatment and then make a comparative study on treatment effects between two groups.Results Treatment improvement rate in study group is up to 92.0%, which is much higher than 82.6% in control group. And in addition, improvements of patients’ motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity of their lower limb are better than patients in control group and patients’ blood glucose and lipid values are declined much more signiifcantly in study group; (P<0.05). Conclusion Internal taking and external application of Huoxue Tongmai decoction is of clinical efifcacy in treatment of diabetic foot; it is conducive to improving patients’ symptoms, increasing treatment efficacy and promoting recovery of patients’ motor and sensory nerve function of their lower limb, thus, such a treatment is of clinical application value.%目的：观察活血通脉汤治疗糖尿病足的临床效果。方法搜集我院内科2014年1月～2015年1月收治的糖尿病足患者48例，随机分为两组，参照组采取口服血府逐瘀片药物，观察组采取活血通脉汤内服加外用，对比治疗效果。结果两组治疗好转率对比，观察组（92.0%）高于参照组（82.6%），观察组下肢运动神经和感觉神经传导速度好转优于参照组，血糖、血脂值下降幅度大于参照组，P＜0.05。结论活血通脉汤内服加外用治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效显著，可以有效改善患者的临床症状，提高治愈率，恢复下肢的运动和感觉神经功能。
