四肢深度烧伤切削痂植皮治疗的临床疗效研究

摘要

目的：探究四肢深度烧伤切削痂植皮治疗的临床疗效。方法选取64例四肢深度烧伤患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组。给予观察组32例患者早期切削痂植皮治疗，给予对照组32例患者晚期切削痂植皮治疗，对两组患者治疗后的疗效以及创口愈合时间进行比较分析。结果观察组治疗后的优良率为90.63%，对照组为68.75%，观察组的优良率高于对照组；另外，观察组的创口愈合时间较对照组的快，且差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用早期切削痂植皮治疗四肢深度烧伤患者是一种有效的方法，治疗后疗效显著，治愈时间快，且皮肤功能恢复好。%Objective The clinical efficacy of cutting limbs deep burn eschar treatment.MethodsSelected 64 cases of limb deep burn patients as research subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Given the observation group were 32 cases of early excision cutting treatment, administered to the control group, 32 patients with advanced cutting excision treatment, excellent rate of two groups of patients after treatment as well as a comparative analysis of wound healing time. Results Observation group after treatment was 90.63% excellent, excellent control group after treatment was 68.75%, excellent rate were signiifcantly higher, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Early treatment using cutting limbs deep burn eschar patients achieved satisfactory results, excellent rate higher after treatment, cure, fast, and good functional recovery of the skin, with a promotional value.
