结核性胸膜炎105例临床分析

摘要

目的：分析结核性胸膜炎的临床特点，并探讨有效的临床治疗方法。方法对2009年1月～2014年6月来我院就诊的105例结核性胸膜炎的住院患者信息进行回顾性分析。结果治疗2周后105例患者胸腔积液消失，X线复查肋膈角变锐，4周后72例患者胸腔积液消失；8周后13例患者积液完全消失。结论通过分析结核性胸膜炎的临床特点，做到早期诊断，合理治疗，可以收到良好的疗效。%Objective Analysis of the clinical feature of tuberculous Pleurisy, and evaluate effective clinical treatments.Methods January 2009-June 2014 to hospital treatment of 105 cases of tuberculous Pleurisy patients analyzed the information.Results After 2 weeks of treatment of 105 cases of patients with Pleural effusions disappeared, x-ray review costophrenic angle acute, 72 patients with Pleural effusions disappeared after 4 weeks 8 weeks after 13 patients with hydrops disappeared completely.Conclusion Through the analysis of the clinical feature of tuberculous Pleurisy, early diagnosis and proper treatment, you can obtain good effect.
