奥拉西坦联合多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆的临床研究

摘要

目的：探讨奥拉西坦联合多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法在我院在接受治疗的86例血管性痴呆患者随机分为观察组与对照组两组各43例，观察组患者采用奥拉西坦联合多奈哌齐治疗，对照组患者采用多奈哌齐治疗，采用简易智能精神状态检查量表（MMSE）和日常生活活动能力量表（ADL）评定患者治疗前后的临床效果。结果治疗4周和12周后两组患者MMES评分和ADL评分均增加，与治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗后观察组患者MMES评分和ADL评分增加更为显著，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论奥拉西坦联合多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆，能显著改善患者的认知功能，提高生活质量，疗效显著。%Objective To explore the clinical study of oxiracetam combined with donepezil in the treatment of vascular dementia.Methods86 patients with vascular dementia were randomly divided into a observation group of 43 patients and a control group of 43 patients, the observation group was treated with oxiracetam, while the control group was given the oxiracetam combined with donepezil. The scores of MMSE and ADL in the two groups were compared before and after the treatment.Results After treatment in four or twelves weeks, the MMSE score and ADL score were increased in both groups, compared with before treatment differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), after treatment observation group patients MMES scores and ADL scores increased more significantly, compared with the control group was statistically signiifcant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Oxiracetam combined with donepezil can signiifcantly improve cognitive function in patients with vascular dementia, and improve the life quality, curative effect is remarkable.
