HbAlc检测在糖尿病微血管病变评估中的价值

摘要

目的：分析与探讨糖尿病微血管病变评估中应用HbAlc(糖化血红蛋白)检测的价值及效果。方法选取100例2014年1月～2015年1月在我院接受治疗的糖尿病患者[微血管病变患者（观察组1）与无微血管病变患者（观察组2）各50例]，对其行FBG（空腹血糖）与HbAlc检测，并同期选取50名健康体检者为对照组，以作对比。结果相比于对照组，观察组1、2患者的FBG、HbAlc均显著升高，P＜0.05；相比于观察组2，观察组1患者FBG、HbAlc升高比较明显，P＜0.05。结论研究表明，HbAlc检测有利于早期诊断糖尿病微血管病变，为临床疾病治疗提供重要依据。%Objective The analysis and discussion of diabetic microangiopathy assessment value and effect HbAlc (glycosylated hemoglobin) detection.Methods 100 cases in January 2014 - January 2015 in our hospital for treatment of diabetes [microvascular disease patients (study group 1) and patients without microangiopathy (observation group 2), 50 patients], to its line of FBG (FPG) and HbAlc testing, and earlier selected 50 healthy control group for comparison.Results Compared with the control group, 2 patients in the observation group FBG, HbAlc were signiifcantly increased,P<0.05, statistically signiifcant; compared to the observation group 2, FBG 1 patients in the observation group, HbAlc increased more obvious,P<0.05, statistically signiifcant.Conclusion The study shows that, HbAlc detect conducive to early diagnosis of diabetic microvascular disease, provide an important basis for the clinical treatment of disease, it is worth the clinical application and promotion.
