高龄初产妇妊娠分娩的剖宫产率和并发症的临床研究

摘要

目的：探讨高领初产妇分娩的剖宫产率和并发症的发生情况。方法选取我院自2013年5月～2014年5月间收治的待产高领待产孕妇78例为观察组研究对象，选取同期的适龄产妇78例作为对照组研究对象，对比两组孕妇剖宫产率和并发症发生情况。结果研究组孕妇剖宫产率为70.51%，对照组孕妇的剖宫产率为35.90%，并发症的发生率观察组患者高于对照组，两组数据对比差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论高龄初产妇相对于适龄初产妇更容易出现妊娠并发症，因此剖宫产率也明显较高，所以在孕期必须开展保健工作尽早治疗和预防。%Objective To probe into cesarean section rate in childbirth and the complications of elderly unipara.Methods 78 elderly parturient women who accepted treatment in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were taken as research objects in the observation group. Then, 78 parturient women of the right age at the same time were taken as research objects in the control group. Then, the cesarean section rate and the complications of these two groups were compared.ResultsThe study group was evidently higher than that in the control group and the differences had statistical signiifcance. (P<0.05)Conclusion Comparing with the parturient women of the right age, there elderly parturient women suffer from more gestation complications, with higher rate of cesarean section rate. Thus, during pregnancy, the health care is needed to cure and prevent.
