现代医学模式背景下医学院校人文素质教育的探索

Scientiifc development is the mainstream in the society, in this spirit under the guidance of requirements the medical education workers constantly reform and innovation, and cultivate conforms to high quality applied talents required by higher vocational college. Quality education in the process of talent training is especially important, is currently have higher in the medical colleges. But most of quality education in medical colleges and universities the status quo is not optimistic. In order to be able to effectively to adapt to the modern medical education pattern reform, to set up the medical students' humanistic quality education concept, improving teaching methods, strengthening the professional ethics education.%科学发展是当今社会的主流思想，在这种思想的指引下要求医学教育工作者不断改革与创新，培养出符合高职高专所要求的高素质应用型人才。在人才培养过程中人文素质教育就显得格外重要，也是目前在医学院校中有着较高的呼声。而在大部分医学院校中人文素质教育现状不容乐观。为了能够有效适应现代医学教育模式改革，需树立医学生人文素质教育理念，改进教学方法，加强职业道德教育。
