胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔患者的手术治疗体会

摘要

Objective Laparoscopic treatment method and its effect for patients with acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer are to be analyzed. Methods Selected 36 patients with acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer who were treated in hospital from July 2013 to August 2014 and random divide them into two groups, 20 patients in study group were given laparoscopic treatment, while 16 patients in control group were given laparotomy treatment and then compare patients’ postoperative recovery condition between two groups.ResultsPatients’ recovery condition after operation in study group was much better than patients in control group; besides, complication incidence in study group was much less than that in control group, there is a differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value (P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic treatment is much better in treatment of patients with acute perforation of gastroduodenal ulcer, it is conducive to reducing patients’ operation time as well as reduce patients’ bleeding loss, which are signiifcant for patients’ postoperative recovery, and in addition, such a treatment method has few complications.%目的：探究为十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔患者采用腹腔镜治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2013年7月~2014年8月收治的36例胃十二指肠急性穿孔患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组20例选择腹腔镜治疗，对照组16例患者给予传统开腹的治疗，对比治疗后的身体情况。结果实验组患者的手术情况好于对照组，且并发症的发生率也较低，P＜0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论胃十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔患者采用腹腔镜的治疗，手术时间短、出血少，有利于身体的术后恢复，并发症少。
