Objective Analysis of hypertension patients with cardiovascular disease risk stratification and the relationship between blood pressure control. Methods Receiving random extraction and treatment of hypertensive disease in 100 cases were retrospectively analysis and research from June 2012 to August 2014 in our hospital, and randomly divided into the control group and the research group, 50 cases in each group, the control group uses the conventional treatment of hypertension, cardiovascular risk stratification in the study group, the formulation for treatment strategy, evaluate the effects of two groups were compared. Results The study on the therapeutic effect of group is obviously better than that of the control group (P<0.05), has significant research value. Conclusion Cardiovascular risk stratiifcation for patients with hypertension disease after the development of effective formulation, can improve the therapeutic effect and effective, reduce cardiovascular complications, and worthy of application and promotion.%目的：分析高血压疾病患者心血管危险性分层与血压控制的关系。方法从我院2012年6月～2014年8月接收并治疗的高血压疾病患者中随机性抽取100例进行回顾性分析和探究，并随机分为对照组和研究组，每组各50例，对照组采用常规高血压治疗，研究组在心血管危险性分层后，制定针对性的治疗策略，对比两组的效果评价。结果研究组的治疗效果优于对照组（P＜0.05），具有统计学研究价值。结论针对高血压疾病患者进行心血管危险性分层后制定有效的制定方式，可以有效的提高治疗效果，降低心血管并发症的产生，值得应用和推广。
