对比观察利普刀与微波治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果

摘要

Objective To study the patients with cervical erosion using the knife and the clinical effect of microwave treatment. Methods Select our hospital 78 cases of cervical erosion patients as the research object, according to the treatment, control group 38 cases using microwave treatment, observation group 40 cases using's knife treatment, compared two groups of clinical effect. Results Observation group treatment the total effective rate was 100.0%, control group is 89.5%, compare the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Using leep knife treatment of cervical erosion effect is better than that of microwave treatment, safe and reliable, has promotion value.%目的：探讨对宫颈糜烂患者采用利普刀与微波治疗的临床效果对比。方法选取我院收治的宫颈糜烂患者78例作为研究对象，按治疗方式划分，对照组38例使用微波治疗，观察组40例使用利普刀治疗，对比两组临床效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为100.0%，对照组为89.5%，对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论使用利普刀治疗宫颈糜烂效果优于微波治疗，安全可靠。
